Applicants must also submit a 2008-2009 Free Application for Federal Student Aid by July 3, 2008. First, obtain pin(s) for yourself (and a parent if needed) at www.pin.ed.gov. Next go to www.fafsa.ed.gov and fill out the 2008-2009 FAFSA using 2007 tax information.
