Scholarship Applications

Kelly and Denny Burke Plus 2 Scholarship
(Open Only to Graduates of Northwest Florida State College)

Deadline to apply: August 1, 2008

Application instructions:

  1. When you click the application link listed below, the application will open in your browser and you will be able to type directly into the blank fields.
  2. Every question MUST be answered; incomplete applications will not be processed.
  3. When you're finished completing the application, print it.
  4. Sign and date the application.
  5. A FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) for 2008-09 must be filed. The FAFSA form is located at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
  6. Attach a copy of the completed 2008-09 FAFSA form to the scholarship application and send it to the Foundation at the address listed on the application.
